It
seems I’ve been drawing my whole life. But my most prolific
period was between 1960 and 1985 when I finished three books,
drew for Kaleidoscope Times (a Minneapolis underground
newspaper), and completed numerous commercial illustration assignments.
The “portraits” shown below are primarily from the late-60’s
to the mid-70’s. During that time, I let whatever medium
I was using dictate the style. Then, I allowed my mind—and
my pen—to wander, so the result is a body of over 600 surrealistic
drawings.
